Fabulous!!! What a find locating you and dining there last week. There were four of us (my husband, my parents and myself), all of which are tough food critics. We all rated you a 10 for food, atmosphere, service, and cocktails. Just wonderful. We frequent Maine often and my parents reside there all summer in Poland. Last week during our annual winter visit to Maine we dined at nearly a dozen different establishments; some new to us, some we enjoyed in the past. Clay Hill was by far the best in all respects. "It had been 20-25 yrs.since I had been there. This time I went with a friend to the cooking classes at Stonecreek Kitchen and told her we has to go here for dinner.
