The restaurant at Clay Hill Farm offers modern cuisine in a classic setting. Enjoy daily specials throughout the week. Our award-winning menus include such favorites as Lobster Bisque, Prime Rib au jus, Roasted Peking Duck, Rack of Lamb, Fresh Haddock, Salmon and Diver Scallops...as well as our coveted signature house salad with delicious ingredients such as baby spinach leaves tossed with maple vinaigrette, topped with pistachios and dried cranberries. We offer a seasonal vegetarian dish on every menu, and plenty of Gluten Free options.
The Clay Hill Farm vegetable garden highlights our commitment and passion for the best locally grown food. This passion for fresh, authentic Maine dining drives us to serve locally sourced food whenever possible.
