For private Rehearsal Dinners, our Veranda room offers the beauty of a spacious mahogany deck overlooking our back gardens with a peaceful waterfall and tranquil view of our herb/vegetable gardens that we cultivate for the restaurant. Our private room seats up to 65 people, and we are happy to customize a menu that reflects your passion for the Maine experience. Lobster, yes, but we can use as many other Maine-made products and provisions as you envision. Our standard menus are affordable, reflecting a seasonal passion. Our relationships with local growers and purveyors allow us to create menus that can wow out-of-state guests with the beautiful flavors of Maine, creatively prepared and efficiently served. An escape to the country just minutes from the coast, Clay Hill Farm can offer balance and beauty to your Maine wedding experience. The room fee for our Veranda Room is $250 with the option of a private outdoor bar for an additional $75
Our Fireside room is also available for Rehearsal Dinners, with a private deck and fireplace creating a beautiful, cozy ambiance in any season. The Fireside room is semi-private with seating for 40 guests. An outdoor bar on the deck is also an option, in season, for a slight upcharge. The room fee for the Fireside room is $450, with an additional $75 for an outdoor bar.
Our Main Dining Room is also an option for larger Rehearsal Dinners, offering seating for 120+ and the Veranda with a private deck for cocktail/ hors d'oeuvre hours.
