First of all, the food is fantastic!  No matter what you choose from the menu, you know that what you are getting is going to be delicious.  The setting is gorgeous.  We got to have the outdoor wedding we always wanted, but we had the comfort of knowing that we had an indoor “backup” plan if the weather didn’t cooperate.  The fact that we were able to have our wedding and reception in one spot was especially convenient for us and our guests.  The staff was very helpful, understanding, and flexible.  Being able to have a wedding package really simplified things for us and made the whole wedding process enjoyable instead of stressful ... The general location of Clay Hill in southern Maine gave us a huge variety of options for places to house our guests and things for guests from out of town to do while not enjoying wedding festivities. ~ Maia & Aaron

In looking at venues for our summer wedding, I knew I wanted to get married up in the York/Ogunquit area and wanted something unique. All my life, since I was young girl, I had been vacationing in Ogunquit at my great grandparents home, which has since passed on to our generation, and so our search began. As soon as I arrived at Clay Hill, I knew it would be the perfect location for our special day. It had just the perfect essence of class and comfort along with that “Maine” feel I was looking for ... The most unique thing about Clay Hill Farm can be summed up by saying that it exudes beauty inside and out. The grounds are spectacular and private. I loved that guests wouldn’t have to be transferred from the ceremony to the reception and that so many facets of the property were available for our use of the ceremony and for picture opportunities. ~ Heather & Steven

Many of our guests complimented us on how well they were being  taken care of. Our guests felt that they were royalty! We felt it could  not have been a better compliment!!! We also want to make a special  thank you to the Chef! The Hor d'oeuvres and crudités table were just  fabulous and the dinner dishes were works of art.
