With a background in social psychology, counseling and sales, Jennifer joined the Clay Hill Farm Team to spearhead the wedding/event department at Clay Hill Farm in 1993- a position she still holds today.
Within her first two years, Jennifer more than doubled the annual number of weddings- helping to make the special events department a flagship of the restaurant. With a firm belief in the importance of building relationships with couples and colleagues, Jennifer developed a unique hands-on style of event coordination, and all-inclusive packaging, that continues to emphasize a collaborative team approach.
By recruiting Rachel Davenport; a member of the Clay Hill staff, to join her in running the weddings, Jennifer was able to expand the department and take over the marketing and community outreach at Clay Hill Farm in 2003. Remaining true to her collaborative passion, combining her skills in coordinating and counseling, Jennifer sets the goals and continues to lead the Clay Hill Farm event team- serving up an experience that honors the true celebration of relationships for the ‘Big Day’, and beyond.
Having coordinated well over 1200 weddings to date, Jennifer has counseled and consulted with thousands of couples, respecting the role of ‘balance’ in their unique journeys toward the ‘wedding of their dreams’.
