Meet your Squad Jennifer Lewis

With a background in social psychology, counseling and sales, Jennifer joined the Clay Hill Farm Team to spearhead the wedding/event department at Clay Hill Farm several years ago, and within her first two years, she more than doubled the annual number of weddings- helping to make the special events department a flagship of the restaurant.

A firm belief in the importance of building relationships with couples and colleagues, helped Jennifer develop a unique hands-on style of event coordination, and all-inclusive packaging, that continues to emphasize a collaborative team approach. 

By recruiting Rachel Davenport; a member of the Clay Hill staff, to join her in running the weddings, Jennifer was able to expand the department and take over the marketing and community outreach at Clay Hill Farm. Remaining true to her collaborative passion, combining her skills in coordinating and counseling, Jennifer sets the goals and continues to lead the Clay Hill Farm event team- serving up an experience that honors the true celebration of relationships for the ‘Big Day’, and beyond.

Having coordinated well over 1200 weddings - many of which she officiated, Jennifer has counseled and consulted with thousands of couples, respecting the role of ‘balance’ in their unique journeys toward the ‘wedding of their dreams’. Combining her past experience as a professional counselor with her current work in the media and wedding industries,  Jennifer will soon be launching a new Wedd Web video series of theraupeutic tips for brides -to-be,  with the goal of free bridal workshops to follow. at Clay Hill Farm

Rachel Davenport

After having worked in the front of the house at Clay Hill Farm for many years, Rachel Davenport was recruited to join the weddings team. A native New Englander with the fresh enthusiasm of a recent college grad, Rachel was promoted to be the assistant to Jennifer Lewis in the wedding/event department, and quickly became a full-fledged partner- meeting with clients, coordinating the events and hosting celebrations on the ‘Big Day’.

 With well over 700 weddings to her credit, Rachel’s honesty and integrity continues to highlight and reflect the Clay Hill Farm difference in the Wedding industry. Responsible for the day-to-day correspondence and communication, Rachel is often the first contact a prospective client has with Clay Hill Farm- welcoming them to experience the Clay Hill Farm team with infectious positivity and professional competence.
