Facility Charge Pricing/Minimums
 

Daytime Receptions: $750 Facility Charge

9:00 am-4:00 pm w/ 11:00 am on-site ceremony option
Private use of grounds, professional wedding coordination
Day-of event hosting, interior event set-up, valet service
Saturday / Sunday (May-Oct):  50-person minimum
Monday-Friday:  35-person minimum

 

Evening Receptions: $1500-$3500 Facility Charge- (Date & time specific)

5 hours in length- off-site ceremony
6 hours in length on-site ceremony (Includes a half-hour for guest arrival before the ceremony and a half-hour for the ceremony- for a total of 6 hrs)
Private use of facility, professional wedding coordination & day-of event hosting, interior event set-up, valet service
Courtesy car for the last 2 hours of Reception (Van upgrades available)
Income guarantee- food/beverage minimum (Date specific)
Quotes for Food/Beverage Minimums:  (May-Oct)
