Things are different in this 13th installment of POE as the audience finds themselves thrust into the darkness of a funeral…the funeral of Edgar Allan Poe. Hosted by Rufus W. Griswold, the infamous author who rushed to write Poe's obituary and tarnish the famous author's name forever, audiences will be surrounded by the action during dinner, as it takes place throughout the dining room known as 'Poe's Parlour'... evermore.

This is Simpson's 13th year performing as Edgar Allan POE, mesmerizing lovers of experiential dining and Poe's ghoulish grimoire with theatrical brilliance as the dark and enigmatic Poe. Simple, yet disturbing, props and surprises throughout the evening, will have lovers of both intimate theater and the Master of the Macabre on the edge of their seats.

Clay Hill Farm will host 7 SHOWS this season, kicking off the run with a special HALLOWEEN performance. Costumes always welcome!
