Clay Hill is the first restaurant in the nation to be certified as a wildlife habitat and bird sanctuary. Clay Hill Farm is home to more than 100 aviaries, nature trails with a lily pad lake and vivid greenhouses with tranquil streams to walk around. A brick pathway leads you from the rose arbor to a ceremonial gazebo where a number of couples have exchanged vows in commitment to one another.
Inside the 200-place setting restaurant the walls of windows bathe you in natural light as you enjoy a reception dinner of expertly crafted modern cuisine.
