Clay Hill Farm is a naturally beautiful and comfortable setting for Rehearsal dinners, corporate dinners, luncheons, bridal/baby showers, special occasion parties, and small weddings, offering you and your guests award-winning food, ambiance, privacy, and professional service. Our spacious lawns, private decks, and colorful gardens create picture-perfect backdrops for your event, with plenty of elbow room in nature’s backyard for your guests’ safety and peace of mind.

Weather permitting, you and your guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on a private deck overlooking our chef’s herb & growing gardens. After the social hour, enjoy the privacy of the exclusive Veranda Room for an intimate dinner. The facility fee for the private use of the garden deck and Veranda Room is $750 for groups under 40- Sunday through Friday in high season (June through October), with a food & beverage minimum of $2K. A fully stocked bar is available on our beautiful garden deck for an extra $100, and our gazebo is available for ceremonies for an additional $100. Add our Main Dining Room to the Veranda, for groups over 40 with a combined room fee of $1250 and a food/beverage minimum of $5K.

Corporate groups may also enjoy our space as Clay Hill Farm offers wireless internet service and a projection screen to help with presentations. Our front lawn is perfect for retreats, lawn games, and team building during the day, and during the Holiday season, smaller parties can enjoy the festive seasonal decorations while gathering by the fireplaces to socialize. Larger parties might enjoy the entire facility private with the hardwood dancefloor in the Main Dining area available for guests to kick-up-their-heels.

Our minimum for private evening events with the Dinner Party menu is 25 adults. Smaller groups may rent the space and order off our regular nightly menu or a personal customized version. Our menu reflects a passion for the seasonality of food and a commitment to supporting our community of local growers. A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve a date in any of our dining spaces. Fifty percent of the event estimate will be due one month prior to the event. Final numbers and meal breakdowns, if applicable, are due one week prior to the event, with the final balance due at the end of the event.
