The restaurant at Clay Hill Farm offers locally-sourced Maine specialties in a classic setting. Enjoy daily specials throughout the week in addition to our award-winning menu favorites: Lobster Bisque, Prime Rib au jus, Roasted Pekin Duck, Local Haddock and Wild-caught Atlantic Salmon...as well as our coveted signature house salad with baby spinach leaves tossed with maple vinaigrette, topped with pistachios and dried cranberries. We offer a seasonal vegetarian dish on every menu, and plenty of Gluten Free options.
The Clay Hill Farm vegetable garden highlights our commitment and passion for the best locally grown food. This passion for fresh, authentic Maine dining drives us to serve locally sourced food whenever possible. We are excited about the important role that gardens and locally sourced food play into our vision for sustainability.
Our desserts are all made in house...from scratch! Yes, Becky is our Fabulous onsite baker and her cheesecakes, chocolate oblivion, crême brülée, and brownie sundaes are to die for! There is always a nightly special, too. Our ice creams and sorbets are locally made, and our homemade hot fudge is...well, it alone is worth the trip. Feel free to stop by and have dessert on the deck, at the bar or in the lounge and enjoy the double sweet of dessert and LIVE music.
